Carolina Chemical offers its products for sale to businesses, laboratories, college students, doctors, governmental agencies, educational institutions, individual professionals, laboratories, chemists, manufacturers, contractors, life science researchers, medicinal chemistry researchers and drug discovery researchers domestically and internationally.
Pricing
Prices on our online store are current. Pricing for full drum and bulk quantities can be obtained by calling or emailing us. Pricing is based on volume per order and/or volume per year.

Payment
Carolina Chemical requires payment for the purchase price at the time of order placement for all online purchases made through our ecommerce store.
Payment Method
Carolina Chemical accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Wire/ACH.
Shipment
Carolina Chemical ships most orders FedEx Ground unless you have a preferred method of shipment. We send a tracking number to you by email once the item ships. Most orders ship same day or next day if payment is received by 3PM ET Monday – Friday excluding holidays.
Bulk orders require us to calculate a LTL freight quote prior to us shipping. Any redeliveries by an LTL carrier are billed to the customer.
Hazardous Materials
Chemicals may be extremely toxic or otherwise hazardous. All products should be handled only by individuals familiar with their potential hazards. If a product is hazardous, the product description and label will reflect this.
All shipments containing hazardous material are packaged, labeled, and marked in accordance with the Department of Transportation 49 CFR. Our employees are tested and certified under 49 CFR 172.704 to ship hazardous materials. All hazardous materials are packaged and shipped in United Nations Performance Oriented Packaging (UN POP)
Regulatory
Due to the sensitive nature of some products we may require additional information (copies of your business license, water bill, voter ID card, driver license or other documents) from you prior to releasing an order for shipment. If your order requires additional information you will be contacted by email with instructions on how to send in this information to us. If we receive no response from you within 5 business days then the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
International Customers
If you are an international customer and are wishing to place a order please contact customer service first and they will assist you from there. International customers are responsible for knowing their countries regulations on importation of our products. We are not responsible for seized shipments by customs and will not refund you if items are seized.
Taxes
Prices for the products on our online store include all sales and other taxes unless your ship to address is located in North Carolina.
Taxes for bulk are paid by you. Taxes will be added to your order total and will reflect in your total price. If you claim any exemption, you must provide a valid, signed certificate or letter of exemption for each respective jurisdiction.
